1. Service description
NovoBizAlert is a SaaS platform that detects new business openings in user-defined geographic zones, with alerts and data exports for prospecting purposes.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to use NovoBizAlert only for legitimate commercial purposes. You may not:
- Resell or redistribute our data without express written permission.
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, security controls, or rate limits.
- Use the data to harass, spam, or harm any business or individual.
3. Subscriptions and payments
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance via Stripe. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. Refunds are not provided for unused time in the current billing cycle.
4. Limitation of liability
NovoBizAlert is provided "as is" with no warranties on commercial outcomes. We are not responsible for business decisions made based on the data we provide. The data is gathered from public sources and we make best efforts for accuracy but cannot guarantee 100% completeness or correctness.
5. Account termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days; afterwards, your data will be permanently deleted.
